A preventable disease

It can be defined as an abnormal or excessive accumulation of fat that imposes a risk to overall health. The cases of obesity have tripled today compared to 1975 according to WHO. IN 2016 about 1.9 billion adults (i.e. 39% of adults) were identified as overweight.
