DESCRIPTION
An IgG & IgM antibody to SARS-CoV-2 NP with high affinity was made by genetic engineering. It is mimic to the antibody in the patients’ serum or plasma specimens and can react with coated antigens and secondary detectors in ImmunoDiagnsotics’ SARSCoV-2 NP Ab ELISA Kit (Cat No. 41A225 and 41A225R) as the positive control.

APPLICATION
Positive control for SARS-CoV-2 NP Ab ELISA.
100µl per ELISA test.
DILUTION & PREPARATION
Each tube contains 20µl 10x mixed anti NP IgG & IgM antibodies. Centrifuge it briefly before open the tube. Add 200µl of 1x Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) or 1x Assay Buffer included in SARS-COV-2 NP Ab ELISA Kit (Cat No. 41A225 or 41A225R) into each tube and mix the samples thoroughly.
STORAGE
Store at 4 degrees, up to 3 months.
QUALITY CONTROL TEST
The purity of humanized IgG&IgM Ab to SARS-CoV-2 NP is characterized by SDS-PAGE while the activity is evaluated by ELISA.
The Absorbance at 450nm of ready-to-use humanized IgG&IgM Ab to SARS-CoV-2 NP is >0.5.
